100% Tannat. Mannually harvested at the end of March 2016 under optimum maturity conditions. Tannat has long been known to contain high levels of antioxidants (tannins), giving its name but also making it one of the heart healthiest wines.
The climate and limited rain of 2016 produces an exceptional vintage. The wine was aged for 12 month in American and French oak barrels to provide a full bodied smooth taste with superb evolution of the tannins.
